Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to make this money grow so I can buy a condo in my city (Jersey City) - there's a lot of redevelopment happening in my parts of town (Downtown, Journal Square, Newport Pavonia) and a lot of bad neighborhoods as well (Greenville, Westside, The Heights).

Do you happen to have any data (realtytrac, redfin, biz journal) that could expand on Lakeland being booming place?

The Heights, near Central Avenue, also good, and Journal Square (PATH), also good.  

The property is a two family near Journal Square Jersey City NJ.

I'm asking this because in 10 years I would love to look back at my goal journal and see what I have accomplished. 

The Wall Street Journal also had a whole story about how Denver looks poised to come out this coronavirus recession quicker than other metro areas. 

My mind has shifted and while journaling every morning, that worry about school would always pop up as my “what’s bothering me” and why am I doing this without any purpose?

Just make a journal with the dates, times and activities you spent on Real Estate.
