In general, my opinion is entertainment (Hollywood/movies) and practical learning don't intersect much. 

When they have some skin in the game, they are more likely to provide advice and open doors for you when needed.I have a $20million mixed use pre-app approved property in Washington in great frontage at an intersection where two major state routes intersect.

However, fixed costs when vacant… The space is on one of the busier intersections but the location is very good in proximity to restaurant (across street), party store walkable, beach park short walk.

You could also consider neighborhoods around US24 and its intersections with Union and Circle.

Hi,I was wondering if some of the brokers and property managers of BP could enlighten me regarding the differences between the West Palm Beach Century Village area (not CV itself but the surrounding area)  and Greenacres /intersection of 809/882 area.Are there big differences between the 2 areas or once you get further away from the coast it's all the same?

I'm thinking about picking up a duplex at Michigan and Concord - how do you feel about that specific intersection? 

Another option, which most people frown upon, would be to put bandit signs out at busy intersections surrounding your property.
