The tenant below sent me pictures of a hole in her ceiling and a torn spot on the side wall  asking what would cause this.

What I’m wondering is—even though they’re allowed in unincorporated miami dade county—if folks who have applied for licenses in this county are getting obstacles thrown at them preventing them from getting licenses.

All financial papers she is sending me has her name on them exclusively  and she states that her previous apartments, CC, car payment are and all were in her name , no co-signors..

There are people in here who could take that money you would pay to some university, and turn it into a nice fortune in a reasonable amount of time.

In my area I’m working with one of the best realtors in her market she is an absolute go getter her name is Sabrina Brazle.

Even though the city is very willing to not be an obstacle in building the community is outside my abilities right now. 

For anyone who is in the STR industry, what would you say is your biggest obstacle to success? 

It will much easier for you to get the advice you need and more importantly not get taken advantage of, if you have clear goals and at least some high level understanding of the inherent tradeoffs in todays market.
