I know that getting paid on the side would be operating as a broker and I have no intention of operating in such a manner, nor have I advertised the property in any manner that would label me as performing as an unlicensed realtor.I stated, or at least the communication intended, was that the BUYER insists on paying what we originally agreed upon which would be a significant profit for me.
