As others have said, Hialeah is a great area to consider...North Miami and Miami Gardens are also excellent rental areas, but I don't know which would be most convenient for you distance wise.

The terraced garden in the back area goes up to about 12 feet.

I went to Abba's House and my husband worked at the Olive Garden.

Especially the area North of Poplar / East of Memorial Gardens / West of White Station.  

As a family, we always have something to do: Levit Shell, Zoo, Children's Museum, Redbirds, Tigers, Grizzlies, Bass Pro, Peabody, Shelby Farms, Botanic Gardens and all the fall festivals, Memphis in May, not to mention the community/school we are in.  

I am looking at this 14818 Astrolyn Street, Winter Garden, FL duplex.

We would put in washer/dryers for use by the tenants, put in an outside common bbq area and maybe a horseshoe pit and raised bed community garden.
