Memphis in Top 10 in 2016

Last week, Memphis made it on the National Association of Realtor's Top 10 markets for 2016!

Believe it or not, it's still a great time to be investing in Memphis real estate!

As owners of real estate portfolios ourselves, this is something you and I already know. I have for the most part stayed away from retail flips, but this year and last year we have done a few. 2 we listed in the $250+ range in the heart of Memphis and received above list price offers quickly, one within hours of the listing. I just got a full price offer on a Collierville home and did not even have to list it. I am getting ready to list one in Green Trees for $349,000. Fingers crossed! 

 It's good to get national attention and even better that we are actually seeing it too.
