How much do you value the broker relationship?

If you honestly believe they may not have presented your offer, contact the agent's broker.

I have never done a transaction, as a buyer, seller, real estate broker or lender where there was no equity or negative equity as per the buyer in the deal.  

For a partnership where you're providing all labor and the broker is funding the deal, a fair split typically ranges from 30-50% for you and 50-70% for the broker, depending on the value and complexity of your labor versus the financial risk they're taking.

My partners and I (3 of us) are based in Miami FL (not the easiest market at the moment) we are all realtors / brokers and investors, each have 20+ years of experience down here, have done multiple ground up single Family and duplex builds and currently have a portfolio of single fam and duplex properties.
