Hi All,  just heard about this site.  I am looking to invest in Temecula,CA  with the purpose of renting bedrooms to traveling nurses.  Would love to talk to someone who has done this or similar.  I have a broker so looking for unsolicited mentor advice  hopefully there are other like minded folks that like to pay it forward. Any and all guidance is greatly appreciated.
