They quickly jump into transactions without any idea how to build a sustainable cash flow machine.

Raw data is not manipulated by any machine learning / AI BS algorithm.

It's because I believe there is more to market analysis than having a machine pull out some numbers out of its *ss and produce a conclusion :-).

I had to generate 100's of leads in order to eventually find a good property that will work.Figure out a process/system that will allow you to generate leads like a machine.

At this point I am starting to see fruit.  

Once in the past, I used an Ozone machine to help with the smoke smell and it did make a difference.

Don't do anything in cash however, someone will eventually break in, destroy your machines, and steal the $50 in quarters.

Thank you both for the input, the majority of our current buyers list has been achieved mostly as you all mentioned, just through organic networking and marketing but wanted to explore other options if they were proving fruitful for others.Instead, you all have confirmed what I already sort of thought.
