I know a lot of car companies are building and opening plants in and around Memphis (such as Nissan) bringing a lot of jobs which = influx of more houses being built and new people to buy or rent a place to live.If you have timber on the land you can also talk to a timber company to have them come in and clear the timber on your land for a fee.

Before that I was a Plant Manager for a large company.

my mentors called it the "farm". you dont want a HUGE farm that has corn planted in on area, then 3 acreas some beans and 3 acres away some cows... keep it in close proximity, that way if something where to happen to more than one place you arent stuck running all over town..

However, the money just isn't enough and I want a means to live rent & bill free on the dime of rental properties and saved "flipped" profits.As for me, I'm a gardener with chickens and a small collection of organic plants.

I have a duplex and one side has a pretty bad odor.I washed all the walls and doors with pine sol then did it again and it does smell better but the smell seems to still be lingering.I at first thought that the smell was from smoking marijuana the tenants were avid users of the miracle plant. add to that they smoked cigarettes.
