We live in the hot Arizona desert so mold is not very common here. 

On the retail side of things, everything is overpriced and still disappearing like ice in a desert (fitting, since I'm in Tucson).However, I still believe there are deals out there for a first time flipper like me that's willing to take a relatively small profit on a flip project for the sake of better understanding the process.What I'm struggling with is knowing what pieces of the puzzle need to be in place before which.

Corona, riverside, San Bernardino, high desert, inland empire are a whole different game than anything within 10 miles of the coast.

You don’t want to be hit with special assessments every year You can get a single family in high desert area like Victorville and hesperia for 220k.

It's expensive initial upfront investment to switch from grass to all desert landscaping.

My husband served in Desert Storm and nephew is currently stationed in San Diego.

It's an oasis in the desert. 

Currently looking into the High Desert / Palm Springs areas for my next investment(s) for rental (short term) and buy and hold.
