Rentals and wholesaling are two completely different business models.

Sorry not an expert in the padsplit model but did you analyze what it would bring in as a whole home rental?

Being a remote investor will cost you more as you will need services at the location and someone trusted to handle deliveries, replenishing supplies, turnover inspections, etc.  

This has allowed us to provide all of those little things that can improve the guest experience, without debating budget for things like zip lock bags, tin foil, etc.We also evaluate all our potential new owners to determine if it's truly a good fit for us and our model. 

The financial model does not work long-term. 

Their FAQ says that you can move to a subscription model if you want your listing to be higher in the ranks and it sounds like they offer some more services.For free, it might be worth a try.

There's not a lot of money in this model, it's more of a ministry. 

You could model out in 10 years that loan balance would be paid down to XX and NOI would be XX.

And to your earlier point, the response has been taking the victim stance instead of just explaining the business model and why he uses a different name on BP than FB, FL legal records, etc.
