They can ACH it, walk in to a branch with cash or a personal check, etc.I know a lot of people find these third party vendors convenient, but to me it just puts another link in the chain between the tenant's payment and my revenue.

Gains through crypto felt uncertain to me but still had a draw, so I decided I wouldn't use more than 5% of my disposable income to gamble (whether on leveraged index funds like QLD or crypto).

I used 1800Account for my business and was happy with them but they are a bit pricey in the long run but, I found their online system very convenient.

Class B would be older (maybe 10+ yrs old) with the same amenities, or you could argue that new construction, but with cheap finishes and "bare bones" amenities, would also be B.For area: it commonly comes down to crime, schools, and convenience/entertainment access.
