The IRA has to be treated as completely separate from you.But lets say you have $200k in a IRA.

If the process is smooth and they are managing well, continue transferring units until the transition is complete.

I suggest that you either release the reigns completely or continue self-managing.

This stock income (LTCG) along with the rental properties in Chicago, we have a life of abundance at the moment.With that being said, the rentals in Chicago do a portion of the heavy lifting by eliminating the housing costs completely while adding $1k extra each month to cover Cap Ex and other expenses.

Lenders will not send out an LE without a complete application (which includes a property address) because it's basically binding.

You can also let a tenant pay the lien/encumbrance off.I can swap a lien I payoff for an interest in title.Material and workmen's liens can be financed at full face value after being purchased at a discount by a clean-up contractor (one hired to complete unfinished work).
