It came up in a Zoom meeting I was on recently, Ive been in 3 similar meetings over the past week, I cant recall which one it was with, but it was either with NAR's Conventional Financing Policy Committee, a call with the Mortgage Bankers Association, or a call with Maryland Legislatures.Only about 6% of mortgages are even in forebearances, and roughly 4 out of 5 of those people are paying, and took forebearance as a precautionary measure.
