I have just recently started combing my area to see what kind of deals may be around.My intention is to eventually get in to self-storage as i believe this is the best area to invest in for my situation. 

I've combed through the MLS and nothing comes close.

There may be other fancier digital ways but at least you can comb through the yellow pad/notebook and find everything (notes, conversations, etc)?

you didnt factor in vacancy rate, and a few other things, I would sit down with someone and comb through this deal before putting in deposit

I’ll gladly pay an extra 1-200 a year if it means they aren’t sending over Chester the inspector to go over my property with a fine toothed comb to find issues for me to fix

Even with the one I was unsuccessful with, I think I will keep combing through because I found 2 email addresses that didn't bounce back!

Alternatively grow your wholesaler network and comb through their offerings, you find a nugget occasionally.

That’s your responsibility to check it out with a fine tooth comb for damage at  the final walkthrough .no judge is going to be okay with you signing over tenancy and okaying the condition then changing your mind .

After combing through hundreds of emails and deals, all of which were much too tight to work, I found one that had numbers that seemed to work!
