In terms of timeline, don't plan for it to be a fast process, your rockstar local loan officer will not be processing the assumption, it'll be a group of call center people reading scripts from a computer screen.

And both have county governments that are elected mostly by population centers that are pretty far away — Reno for Washoe County and Sacramento suburbs for Placer County.  

Yeah the windows are definitely off center and maybe adding one or changing it would help.

I moved out here almost 7 years ago and have lived (rented) a significant amount of time in all areas except for the center (Utuado, Ciales, Jayuya, etc.) of the island. 

Or just put the bowel in the center of a pain of water, same thing.

I have a MTR in the Med Center area just outside of downtown and it's been great for 2 years now.
