Fabuloso is a great cleaner & it smells good.

I had one person say that was overly conservative, but others think that's about right for being in the north Battle Ground area.   

The county imposing a mandatory fee, deadline, and penalties, without even knowing what their own standards are, and with admittedly no intent to inspect and enforce, certainly smells disingenuous, to put it nicely.

Certain types of glue can outgass smell like natural gas for weeks causing nauseating and vocal complaints.

There is feces and urine all over the floors and you can imagine the smell. 

It doesnt start til after 9 so I cant have building staff to come up to smell it.

I think it’s the worst option overall, because you have to replace it every few years and it holds water and smells.

You learn what locals in Augusta know, that the street Battle Row can go from $3 million to $30,000 homes in a mile’s drive.

Plenty are doing it, not sure if they are profitable yet or what it will look like but time will tell.This is where the first battle of mass adaptation will begin. 

There are markets around Grand Rapids that are cheaper and more lucrative for cash flow like Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Muskegon.
