If you have an English basement apartment or suite like I do, I would go for it, but I would be wary about investing in a rental for exclusive Airbnb just because of the regulations that were passed.On another note, it is profitable but you need a good team to help manage it.

Either self-manage like many on here do, or hire an inexpensive offshore PM who works US hours & speaks eloquent English (that’s what I do).

Their "contact us" address is a mobile home in rural Iowa, their website was registered late in 2019 and hosted in Germany, the employee names sound like the psuedo-english names african scammers come up with, AND its phone number is listed on a website for exposing Nigerian fraud: https://www.stop419scams.com/viewtopic.php?

I negotiated to 105k.It was a bankruptcy sale and the listing said access was not allowed and the property had to be bought site unseen.I was buying from overseas, so I figured site unseen worked for me.I paid cash, so there has been no holding costs.Once it closed, I sent a contractor I’d used a few times before to get inside.The contractor speaks zero English and also can’t use a phone or google translate.

Oh, and most of them seem to be from Virtual Assistants that don't speak English very well.
