I don't know why I particularly felt the need to respond to this post because many many people make posts like this....and i never understand them.What is the point of announcing yourself to the world as a complete newbie?

The pre announcement of raising interest rates suggests things are normal.

I am optimistic that this week's announcement to reopen will address the potential gap, and also hope this won't happen again in mid-February!  

Most BRRR investors kill the deal because they drag their feet placing the initial offer because they want to do every calculator and rent website and bla bla bla and then when they are ready to announce their offer the property is already pending.

They keep announcing more partnerships with local schools, businesses, and buying more properties for technology development centers.  

Look for the post about CO and the announcement by their real estate regulatory agency concerning these ripoffs.

And I had the great honor to be a guest and play golf at Augusta National back in 07.. and walking through the lockers its the whose who of American and international business.. mainly All the Heads of these corporations. but even at Augusta they had to share lockers :)  and at dinner that night I saw the head of Sony corp.. having dinner with Keith Jackson the announcer as his guest.. 

Or are my numbers pretty solid and I just announced a deal to the entire BiggerPockets community that has somehow slipped through the cracks thus far?

@Jay Helms I stand up during the members part of our monthly in-person REIA meetings, and announce that I'm happy to talk to, or have coffee with, anyone who wants to talk about real estate.And then, because of that and the fact that some folks recognize me from posting on BP, I usually have a ton of people come up to me during the break and after the main meeting.To be honest, it's exhausting, and sometimes I head to the bathroom just to hide for a few minutes before I can deal with The Crowd.
