There is a ton of ground to cover with me being so involved in the project, and I feel like I am drinking from a fire-hose.I've made 3 offers on homes so far 1) MLS Short Sale, 2) HUD, 3) Off-market deal through my office.

If you are ready to drink from the firehose of real estate knowledge you found the right place.

The ceilings were almost brown, the carpet was full of burn holes and drink stains next to his easy chair.

But I'm not sure about liability if people would be walking through my home to get to the roof deck, using my bathroom, drinking alcohol, etc. 

If you are new to real estate please don't discuss any potential deals that you are looking at unless you have them under contract or know the people you are discussing it with.No cost except your own food/drinks. 

In the end it's worth being the only one on the team that doesn't go out for $50 worth of drinks or tips on comped ones after shift.

We  go every week to hear good music, and drink good beer at the place we first met.. lol  What Im hearing is "refinance" what we have and pay off our primary , and maybe some of the smaller debt ones !
