I am currently a professional airline pilot, and I really do love my job, but I believe I must do something more if I want to realize all my goals.

I work as an airline captain as a career, and fly other planes for fun. 

I bought put options in December and January based on the upheaval in Hong Kong, cruise line issues and probability of airline slowdowns.  

I mostly look at properties near military installations, hospitals, airlines, and near colleges.

There are other guidelines I follow too - I won't buy a place unless I would be willing to live there (I'm picky, but not horribly picky), I need to be able to visit the property without an airline flight being involved etc..

I'm networked in healthcare housing and don't have any experience with airline professionals.  

Currently I work for an airline and looking for investments in Miami area. 

(Example buying Ford at $1.90 a share selling at $16.00, buying United Airlines at $6.00 selling at $50.00) Think "cyclicals" they rise and fall with the economy, economy goes down they go down the economy goes back up they go back up, remember this in the next recession that's not rocket science that's common sense.My path is not the fast track, but I never believed I would get rich quick in real estate I always planned on real estate being a get rich slowly venture over time.

Its like making every airline passenger take off there shoes because 1 out of trillions of flyers set off a shoe bomb 15 years ago. 

Then, at the garden hose bibb or the washing machine connection, you hook up a fitting that has garden hose threads on one end, a valve and an air line connector on the other end, and a pressure gauge.
