New Member in Las Vegas Nevada

Good Morning/Evening Everyone,

My name is Jay or Jackson. I am from Texas, but moved to Las Vegas, Nevada a couple of years ago due to a job transfer. I am a newbie investor in my mid-20s. I have obtained two properties over the last couple of years of being here. One is being managed by an awesome property manager (with a VA loan) and the other one that I purchased this year is my house-hack property (with a conventional loan). My goal is to purchase at least one to two properties per year, with a goal of having at least 6-10 properties in the next four years. I am into buy and hold single family home properties, but is somewhat curious about multi-family homes. Even though I have invested in Aliante and North Las Vegas, Nevada area, I still want to invest in Texas, since that is most likely where I will move back to when I finish traveling and want to settle down.
