You can find framed mirrors at Walmart and Target as well as other discount home stores cheap.A lot of times I take the old flat mirror and get some fancy trim from Lowes and make a nice frame for it.

On the reverse side, I have been a tenant a few times and I not only never received a gift from my landlord, I never expected it either.For those of who are saying that your tenants are you customers, I am a customer to a LOT of business, both large (Wal Mart, BP, Wells Fargo, etc...) and small (barber, car wash, liquor store, etc...) and I do not receive nor do I expect to receive a gift from any of them.But for those of you who do give gifts, I respect that and I am glad it works for you.

their opinion(and alot of other investors) is that high quality stocks are the best buy right now(Microsoft, CocaCola, IBM, Exxon, Walmart) These stocks outperformed several years ago when lower quality stocks were decimated.www.vanguard.com they have alot of free investment tools Email me if you want more info or websites.

i keep a log of problem tenants as best as i can, and also of maintenence...the easiest way i found is to buy one of those big desk size calendars at walmart, and at the end of the day, just write in whatever happened right quick..not the most advanced system, but it worked for me in court.
