If I have the VIN number for a mobile home an I able to find out where it is located?

Based on my understanding I would need to pay taxes on rental income and there’s 2 ways on how to do this:1) Need to pay 30% based on gross rent income....2) Or, I can apply for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and pay X% based on net rent income - as i can apply deductions towards expenses...So my questions are for option (2) what is the tax % that applies to the net income?

In the TOS you assume all responsibility for vetting and hiring so (as with anyone with access to your banking & accounting information) use due diligence and make sure that they sign your own NDA, access agreement and make sure when you onboard them you get a copy of their unexpired identification and national insurance number. 

I am in the (extended) identification window and looking into the DST options.

Hello,I'll preface by saying my hands-on experience with deal identification is limited, so feedback is highly desired.  

I'm seeing some companies charging $1,000 for the sale of the home and $250 for what appears to be to identification of the future investment.

This can alleviate a lot of the timing and identification issues mentioned above.

The 45 identification period has passed by 7 days... now what? 

If you can't find suitable replacements then do not turn in a 45 day identification list and your exchange will die on day 46.
