I am selling one of my condos and am planning to 1031 the equity. I am looking for multiple SFH and or Duplex, tri, quad. Wanting to purchase in the St. Pete or surrounding area. I am putting the unit up this week for sale. Just wanted to get a jump start on looking at properties (given the time frame of 1031). Ones that need some TLC. Thank You for everyones help

@Brandt Baize and I'm a huge St. Pete fan!  Cmon down.  The waters fine and brew pubs and border collies galore.  Very wise move to start your search early.  You can even go into contract on your replacement properties before you close the sale of your old property.  You just can't close the purchase until after closing the sale.  This can alleviate a lot of the timing and identification issues mentioned above.
