It seems slightly crazy to be honest - especially considering we have 3 almost-teenagers and 2 dogs!

After 3/22 was totally dead for us since we keep the prices quite high to steer away crackheads/teenagers looking to vacation for 100 bucks a night. 

My concern is that the first floor is a 2 bedroom unit and that is a total of 5 people. 2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 new born and 1 toddler.

Also you might be involved in an auto wreck, or your teenage son/daughter might be and then your assets will also be exposed to a judgement.You need to set up an LLC in each state and deed the properties into the LLC’s.

I understand we are young and it's risky renting to teenagers and I honestly don't know if I would, but knowing that if someone is desperate and can't find a place to live, I would not raise the rent; ill just be hurting them more.

 what is the best advice you can give to a 15-year-old trying to learn more about real estate and have a big profolio one day I don’t really have any connections in the real estate world
