 what is the best advice you can give to a 15-year-old trying to learn more about real estate and have a big profolio one day I don’t really have any connections in the real estate world

Save up as much money as they can so that they can get themselves a 2-4 unit house on an FHA loan once they hit 18. Cover the roof over their head and start their investment portfolio all at once.
