maybe".I use them for investing all the time, but under very special conditions...and within a very tight, inflexible window.The basic conditions is that they are:\1 - Business cards2 - Have 0% interest for at least 6 months (preferably 12)...this establishes that "inflexible window"3 - 0% interest must apply to new purchases AND transfers4 - Must have at least 1/2 of the available credit able to be used in a "cash advance".5 - Must be at least 3 different (preferably 4) cards.Process of use:1 - Use the Cash Advance from the cards to buy property (this is a "cash like substance")2 - Immediately transfer balance from the Cash Advance to one of the other cards thereby eliminating the high interest rate you have on cash advances.3 - Use the remaining balances on the cards to pay for the rehab, etc...

In the meantime my gears have been grinding on how I can speed up this process, short of, selling some (cough, cough) illegal substances or knocking over some banks.I starting thinking about marketing myself to my family and friends and gathering funding for a down payment from them to create a Joint Venture (JV), where I would pay them interest (at a rate that is better that the savings account that they currently have that money in) over a relatively short period of time.

Clearly no one in their right might would be like "No I don't rent to your race", but if someone has a substance abuse issue I'm thinking that you might not be able to simply say no because you think that sounds risky.

Do they have their lives together, or do they have substance abuse problems, reliable transportation, does their phone get shut off at random because they can't/don't pay their bills, etc.

Hi Frank,There are well decommissioning companies that will do things like this.They follow state laws, such as in some areas back filling the well with a certain substance to permanently seal it.Florida may have laws on how to handle abandoned wells.

If they don't, you have to decide if you want to go through the trouble of finding a new rental, pushing for compensation, or just chalking it up as a minor inconvenience and move on.I didn’t include photos of the “nasty”, as I figured food dried on cabinets/oven/fridge, filthy floors, odd green substances in sink didn’t require posting..
