It has definitely been slowing here in South Florida.

They always sell for less than 3-bed homes, but rent for close to the same.I run meetups in Northern NJ every month, but I have friends who run some down South.

It’s on top of a mountain and has world class views of the mountains/foothills to the east, south, and north.

And high quality new construction that is not in the South.

Hey @Andrew Katz - How do you feel about Turnkey rental investment props in the South Bend, Indiana area - about 1.5 hours from Chicago, close to Notre Dame U, workmanship is beautiful and about 4% rental appreciation annually and purchase price under $200k.

I have been looking into the South Philadelphia market as the area is expecting the Bellwether District, a megadevelopment of industrial and life-science buildings, to be delivered in phases over the next dacade.

That said I’ve  taken an interest in Turnkey properties with two companies in particular standing out which are Mid South Home Buyers and Rent 2 Retirement.
