I was listening to the recent podcast showcasing Kathy Fettke and became interested in her company.

I've helped them market and showcase their home in a way that they couldn't achieve.

Start showcasing your knowledge base regarding your industry and be on the lookout for those that have questions regarding your field.

Hmm this is the whirlpool refrigerator, not an old appliance, it is very new and nice looking, but as you see no water dispenser only ice maker, I think it looks cleaner when show casing the kitchen, but usually all my personal refrigerators have water dispenser in the front like all.

as a agent, when im marketing high end...there is always a 3d tour and a drone involved. drones are a fantastic way to showcase the property from a ton of different angles!
