How do I find people looking for multifamily loans

Hi, I'm a little confused and being a newbie I guess that's to be expected, I posted an ad where I thought It was suppose to go. I also inquired on a couple of request but some were removed. Can someone please speak English to me and let me know where Ive gone wrong. I don't want to keep making mistakes that will cost people a chance to move their project forward

Thank You

Sincerely

Melissa McGuire

@Melissa McGuire- In this area, you can't state anything remotely close to a pitch, offer or anything that smells like deal making.  Your best bet is to do like what I am doing now, is jump in and help answer people's questions wherever possible.  Start showcasing your knowledge base regarding your industry and be on the lookout for those that have questions regarding your field.  I see people all the time on here asking financing related questions.  I have gained a few clients from posting in here occasionally.  It's worth it if you can do it consistently and provide solid value to people.
