My interest for RE and REI is mostly from reading a lot of finance- and businessbooks and watching a few movies about the business.

In the movie, "Grumpier Old Men", Maria (Sophia Loren) asks Max (Walter Matthau) why he doesn't like change.Max answers, "Things never change for the better."

REI isn't a movie, filmed in the fields of Iowa.

Or is it just a gut feel/opinion of what the neighborhood is like were A is movie-like perfect, C is your average working class neighborhood, and F is war zone?

It reminds me of that movie Pacific Heights.Sounds like you learned something from this whole ordeal and you will do better next time.

., what you may be calling our generousity as a nation many call payoffs for political influence, if you look deeper into what we pay the Afgans for example is not charity, it's payoffs for us to do things, conduct business, have access to our holdings and now for our troops.Why is it that east Africa has gotten so little aid from the US, if we placed the contributions of charity on needs, they would be alot better off, but as they said in the movie, no one cares about Africa.

Every time I take calls from potential tenants, it reminds me of the movie Idiocracy.
