They took the plan off the market for several months, retooled, shook up the management team a bit, and have been doing a better job of things since.The ROBS plan has been around since 1983.

It is maddening.

Yes I was at a foreclosure auction in Columbus, Oh and a couple guys started bidding fiercely for a property and the guy I was sitting next to and trying to learn from got up hit my leg and said "retail" as he shook his head.  

I ran into a man who owns a solar company, after looking at a potential contract offer of $1000 per acre per year for 30 years, we shook hands and parted ways.

My current rehab, if you go down the street 500 hundred yard and cross the main street and stay on the same road, it just turned into an area that I wouldn't buy in, but at anytime that element can and has come up the road and across the street and shook my investment area up.

I have been looking in another state and it is not as cluttered and the deals seem better.Their purchasing process was a little maddening, but I was not in any hurry for both properties.  

I have learned, mostly the hard way, that owning real estate can be, at times, maddening but very rewarding.
