I'm specifically looking for a single family deal on the Westside, Southbay, Jefferson Park, San Fernando Valley, or San Gabriel valley. 

I was in Merrillville earlier this month to look at another property 5 streets south of 52nd (on Jefferson Place) which was selling for $84,000 but was much smaller with no basement. 

I am looking for an attorney referral from the Jefferson county, WI.

I too live in Jefferson City and have 9 doors under my belt and there are deals out there to be had!

Back in my college days I delivered ice for Home City Ice, and made a lot of stops at the IGA there in metropolis of Dillsboro.
