You can check out the Eastern Mass REIA that has meetings in Rockland and Taunton (Though I think they didn't have the Taunton meeting this month at least), the House Flipping School meetup in Plymouth and my personal favorite the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd meeting in Worcester).

Matt, I haven't been to this group personally, but it looks like the South Shore REIA is still active and has an upcoming meeting in Wareham April 5th.I have personally been to and can recommend both the Black Diamond REI and RI Real Estate Investment Group but they are a bit farther afield than the areas you mentioned - I think the Wareham group is probably closest based on a quick web search.Good luck and I hope you make some good connections whichever group(s) you attend!

Kerwin, I would recommend attending one of the Black Diamond REI meetings as they recently had a presentation on investing in Florida since one of their board members moved down there and started investing there.I'm sure they could put you in touch with him and maybe he could give you some tips, references, maybe send you his presentation slides, etc.
