Lawn mowing issue in PA
11 February 2010 | 19 replies
(the LL provided a push mower and riding mower for us to use) I would think this would fall under normal wear and tear just like a dishwasher or refrigerator these are the only deductions (except for 1 rent dispute amount), all having to do with the lawn, absolutely none for the apartment itself.

Getting my feet wet?

bumpdateSo I've looking around online and doing a bit of driving around and I'm starting to begin to narrow in on what I am looking for in a home.My apartment lease ends at the end of May and I think I want to have a home of my own by this time.I have not yet spoken to a lender about getting the money for a house, but I have enough to make a 10% downpayment on a home, I am looking to purchase something between $150-$200k for myself to live in for the next 3 years (up to 5) and then sell.I have been looking mostly at townhomes between 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, with appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge).

Dawn, you will only pay UBIT if your SDIRA OWNS the property not if it is a note or option holder.

Offers a ceiling fan or dishwasher, for a slightly higher rent and gets it some of the time...On the insurance front, some firms, like the snake oil salesmen at State Farm, will refuse to do anything other than replacement coverage, as it pays them more.

The "no dishwasher" issue has been discussed here before, so this question is more about the dryer.

How much do you pay for home inspections?
14 February 2012 | 8 replies
He should walk the roof to check for soft spots, not just view from ground, etc.To answer the title question, I would gladly pay $400 for the detailed inspection rather than $200 for someone to test the dishwasher and flush the toilets.
