I'm glad to see that your an agent that works hard for your clients, however if your going to stick around here I would recommend toning down on the self promo stuff and getting actively involved in the forums by using your experience to help out.

The biggest reason is that I simply don't have the ability to learn enough about all the businesses that want to do this to do a fair and honest promo.

With updates I would use minimum of $900/mo depending on level of updates (other folks are analyzing them with $1,000/unit I bet).Finally, CAPEX is a tough one because it varies greatly from property to property.

I know there are cards that exist where there 0% promo offers and I wonder if anyone has actually done this before or perhaps even regularly.

I believe the strategy is popular here in Hawaii for 2 reasons:1) Hawaii banks offer great introductory promo rates (1.75% for 2 years, 2.49% for 3 years etc...) prior to converting a variable rate. 

I provide Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO Go (which I get for "free" as a promo with my cell phone provider).
