One tactic he is speaking about having a off market buyer pools like you would with investment properties and using that to entice off market sellers to sell quickly and negotiating above average commission rates meanwhile working both sides of the transaction.

I am a fortune builders student and i have always questioned some of their tactics. 

I'm a bit skeptical that this may be a tactic to just buy more time. 

I will certainly be reaching out many times going forward and hopefully with tactical questions as I start to get going.

There are a ton of single family meetups, some with a lot of sales tactics involved and some with just networking.

Am just taking everything in right now and learning how to properly calculate and find good deals as well as listening to various people on their tactics and approach.So from what I am learning here it seems that it may be easier to acquire a commercial/apartment MFR of let's say 15 units then it is to purchase 15 houses. 

I am not seeing any good forecast coming out of this unnecessary war tactics.

From the multiple references he sent, I am sure he has scammed others before using that same tactic. 

What are some important marketing tactics to use to attract sellers when I can't buy with cash and close in 2 days?
