Dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, cows horses, none of these animals take responsibility for their actions yet for some reason dogs and cats are OK.

All garbage disposals we use are 3/4 horse power, these units cost 3x what a basic one costs but they run trouble free forever and don't need maintenance because they are so powerful. 

I see do it yourself landlords screw it up in eviction court all the time.Tenants idle threats are an attempt to stall for time.

The only service animals that must be admitted into public places...like a store, restaurant, etc...are either a dog or miniature horse (no other type of animal) that has had rigorous and extensive training to help their owner with a specific PHYSICAL disability. 

Meaning, say this tenant alerted the local news, as an example.Your argument, while true, is like telling someone they don't need a car to get to the store, since walking and horses worked for centuries...  ;-)

They can print them out online from their My Account on the SSA website.But, you can still ask them what service their service dog/miniature horse (the only two animals allowed to be service animals that can go in public) performs for them.  

Often people will say something like that just to stall.

Somehow the money is frozen because of this.Truthfully I'm worried that management company is just stalling

It's sorta like breaking a wild horse. 

I'll be doing some major renovation, and plan to re-fence the pasture for horses.
