In California it's allowed outdoors, but not indoors, and the grower has to have people that have medical 'prescriptions' for pot, thus the grower can get several people to put all their scripts together and justify growing ALOT of pot!

I think I understand now and you are saying that you have heat but the thermostat is downstairs so upstairs would have no control over the temperature .... is this correct?
