Mold in Crawlspace

Here is a fun project.

The property was receiving a tremendous amount of water.  Adjacent north and south properties downspouts were draining into the 34" crawlspace with dirt floor. We addressed water issues, poured new sidewalk  concrete, and added an apron.  The place is finally drying.  The dirt floor remains.

I have scheduled sandblasting, then boric acid and vinegar spray followed by paint wood joists subfloor below, and Drylok supreme along the foundation wall.

Afterwards, I will encapsulate the floor to block moisture. I will not add insulation to the sub-floor.

Any tips or comments are greatly appreciated.

Frank
