It's so full of contaminants from a refinery that it is common knowledge not to eat any fish that were caught downstream from that industry.  40+ years ago all kinds of PCB's and other toxins were legally released into the water.

Tourist trap and it's not good.Instead, go to:Big shakes hot chicken and fish, Princes hot chicken, Pepperfire, 400 Degrees.Those places serve real hot chicken. 

Then I would go to where the jobs you want to do are.Another consideration might be if you have any hobbies....are you going to fish, or play golf, or volunteer, or hike or something else when you get out....might look for those activities too....something to keep you busy.You are always welcome in DFW area....currently seems to be a lot of jobs here, area is growing, plenty of things to do, and we do have a VA hospital.

This is not a deal at all - they are fishing for a sucker. 

The biggest fish are getting very big, as people flood the market with their rentals.

Right now I have had to rent some units to families and not students ( make more with student rentals) Good luck, hope the big fish eats up the little one!

I will try banks and courthouses and I am open to foreclosed properties although that sounds like a whole new kettle of fish there and I'm sure most of them are vacant which isn't something I desire.

If he's fishing for offers and trying to find a sucker then that's a different story.

I have a couple fishing spots near that area.  

.- Variety- Inland farming and fishing, snorkeling, golf carts on the Beach fronts, deep sea fishing, Mayan ruins, local people.- Weather is a perfect offset to Iowa Winters.
