She never abused the privilege and I would've put a quick stop to it if she had.To your second point: true, but I feel like I'm responding to the usual false dichotomy often presented in discussions of PM: to wit, EITHER:Pay 10% of gross revenues to have PM; OR:Personally make 3AM calls to deal with clogged toiletsI'm merely challenging this notion.

Had you met with the plumber you might have learned first hand from him about how toilet system works and that questioning if the tenant was responsible is really an absurd accusation.

Maybe save yourself the expense and have your friends park in the driveway for street.Thanks for your helpJayEnd of memo.A couple of observations here–I knew the tenant was the one parking on the front lawn but I did not accuse him of that and suggested that it was his friends (defuse).

what you can't imagine is how some people in the US treat animals.. unless you have witnessed it first hand is so heartbreaking and one just wants to do bad things to these owners who act like this.. at least have bad thoughts.

I would resend new instructions by regular mail and certified and text, etc. and have the PM deposit the check.I also would never go over there without a witness and I would instruct any workers to avoid her and refer her to you if she has any issues.
