I think some people are knee-jerk reacting to an implied or assumed (i.e. subconscious on both sides) assumption that the reason there are not more women on the podcasts is that they are actively being held back.

The higher the price for NOI would imply that the market is saying the DEAL is better than if the market is shunning a NOI and saying, well I'll take the chance to get the same NOI as the profitable properties selling at a 5% cap rate but I'm ONLY buying at a discount (10%) BECAUSE it is probably NOT a better deal.
