Orlando short term rentals

Hello!! I am a few weeks away from being ready to start looking for a vacation property in Orlando. I have ran a lot of numbers and talked to several people and am trying to decide which community to purchase in.

Does anyone have any communities they love or have heard to stay away from? I have heard good things about Windsor Hills and Lucaya Village but am worried about exit strategy since the market is so saturated. Is it better to buy a sfh for a vacation rental for this reason?

Any advice?

Also does anyone know any great agents that actually have recent experience with STR?

We have a townhome in a community.  We have the basic Florida amenities in our community but we upgraded our place and made it stand out against all the other furnishings that are pretty outdated and basic: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/3...
