Straight up and honest is the only way to be in this business.

To be honest, I can easily describe what turnkey is and how it works to an investor and find out what types of property they are looking for and how much they have for budgeting in 15 minutes.

If you've gotten a good tenant in the first place, they'll appreciate the honesty and everything in writing, and the pets will be handled accordingly.  

I'm not going through all the hassle of renting a place that has an existing, or even worse, signing a contract with a new tenant when the old one isn't even gone yet.And to be honest, I like the place to have a month downtime between tenants.

I appreciate honesty... she is not stupid.  

If a property is owned by someone, even within a LLC, the tenants should have the legal right to know who that person, or persons, are.I do not play this game with people and believe as my tenants they deserve my  honesty.

Self called Gurus and books might disagree with my approach, but to be honest, I have more hands on experience than the majority of them and the only reason they're coaching or writing is because they're not profitable being landlords and need to subsidize their income.  

Having a team of professionals behind me I know I can make a profitable real estate investing business.My vision for the business is one with a reputation of quality, honesty and integrity.

I have never dealt with such a lack of integrity, honesty and professionalism in any business I have dealt with.

To be honest, I didn't expect such positive interest in such a short amount of time.
