Still annoyed with myself I never went in the Space Needle - lol.What I found interesting about Seattle at that time is the city limits were pretty much where the expensive/high rent properties were and the suburbs were the less expensive areas.

Hey @Jonathan Taylor - good question these days for many that seem to be in refinance mania, at what point for a modest mortgage (say 100-150k) does it make sense from a general rule of thumb to consider/to offset closing costs and general annoyances in refi's - 3/4 a point?

I do admit though --- if you know Columbus, I live in and invest in North Linden, and I get annoyed when I see suburbanites on the Columbus reddit or whatever tell people to avoid the whole Linden area because its a "War Zone."
