Lots of scammers out there, they feast on newbies never give deposit....comical to hear them bag for it.

They could also carry some liability if they fail to point out some of the bad which then turns into problems later on - and just like the rest of us, they're playing the CYA game too.Sorry again - I'm really not trying to bag on home inspectors.

City allows for 2 bags each Monday.

I've only ever used conventional financing, and this latest closing has been absolutely miserable with underwriters that are seeming to try every way under the sun to not have me hand them a big bag of money.  

People who can pay that kind of rent and aren't Dirt bags can buy in Texas.

@Adam Dassie,If you are a single guy with just a few sea bags, the moving costs may not affect you that much.
