Maybe thats an entirely other discussion, but I point it out because it pays to do your homework and get opinions from various loan officers and than feel free to bounce those ideas off of each of the loan officers.

I offer to pay for all materials and pay the rest in stipends as the work progresses, too many contractors bounce between work sites and don't get the work done in a timely manner otherwise.

Another more beneficial person to share goals with is someone close to you who has similar goals who you can bounce and build ideas off of and work together to achieve them.

I truly believe the greatest successes come from having the freedom to fail and the strength to bounce back up to take the next risk.

I made so many dumb mistakes with that 2008 deal.After hearing Brandon Turner's story of his failed rehab property and how he bounced back from that to build a successful real estate portfolio really gave me hope.

It's pretty easy.. just make sure you understand the benefits of each type, I'm surprised people pay others for it.I think it will work out fine either way, I just wanted to bounce my ideas off others.Thanks for the detailed response!
